Problem with communication with DNS

Question:

On a UNIX machine, I received the error:
FLOGIC-F-MASINTR, internal error
-GEN-E-NAMESRVR, error communicating with name server
-SYS-E-ERRMSG, Operation not supported
What does it mean?

Answer:

Add the command "flogicd -kill" as early as possible in your shutdown script. This error is attributed to the DNS being shutdown before flogicd is killed.
