LM error 2453

I received the error:

FCOPY-E-NETLOGIN, remote login failed on node 172.16.41.139
-SYS-E-ERRMSG, LM error 2453 occurred

What does it mean?

Answer:

"LM error 2453" is a Windows error code indicating that no domain controller is available. (Microsoft error lookup returns "Could not find domain controller for this domain.") This means there was a problem communicating with the domain controller.

If you are using a user that is not part of a Windows domain, you should leave the domain field blank (or not use the -domain=qualifier) in your job definition.
